Most of the time their pretzels are fantastic. We have had a couple issues where when we got home the pretzel bites under the ones on the top were burnt. I ordered a personal pizza and I went to pick it up on the time it told me. I was on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to spare. She never made my pizza and asked me if I could wait another 5-10 mins. I said no if I could get a refund. She gave me back 5.54. And i realized I was charged 6.00 even.
