beautiful terrace, cheap location for our journey through texarkana. I enjoyed the a la carte fajita rinderquesadilla, my man had a cheese enchilada (not much taste) a side of chorizo that was excellent. good salsa, too. try again many options on the menu; service was attentive. View all feedback.

the food was good, the service was terrible. it took forever to get our drinks, alcohol-free, and then I never got a single refill. the sprite of my sohnes was just carbonated water and the server never brought his replacement, although he sat on the bar next to our table. and they were not busy, maybe one or two other tables throughout the restaurant. the server was not friendly, I never saw him smile at everyone. w...
