Generally we have perception that , Govt. run things are bad always, Satkar is being run by Kurukshetra Vikas Board , had breakfast there almost for a week, in affordable amount they provide good food be it quality or quantity.Man on counter is well behaved and soft spoken .If u stay near Brahma Sarovar try breakfast at Satkar, nice cup of tea with aloo paranthas . Its is assumed to be a Govt, Canteen the rates are Genuine for the thali as Thali is being served here but the quality of the food is of very low quality keeping aside the seating arrangement the best .
