The owner is a very sweet lady. Unfortunately we did not enjoy the cakes. They were extremely dry and not enough flavor. The best cake was the strawberry as I believe the berries hold water and it was a also a bit sweeter. If I cld offer a suggestion,try experimenting with different brand flour instead of the cake flour by Swans is not great and maybe why they are so dense.The icing was on point so that was a plus.
