Coffee and service here are simply amazing. We got hooked on their Texas Pecan years ago purchasing from HEB, but when it was often out of stock we started purchasing from the company directly. We received complimentary coffee cups in our first couple of orders, and I can't tell you how amazing the speed of shipping is. We order in bulk (to get the free shipping). Very unhappy with the most recent lack of concern from this company. I have ordered from them for over a year, no issues until my last order the coffee grounds became rock hard in the unopened bag, then when I opened the bag it smelled like it had fermented, a very strong alcohol odor.
