I've been to this location three times now. I absolutely LOVE the grapefruit green tea which I order ¼ sweet. If you are thirsty not looking for a sugar bomb this is close to the perfect tea. But...they seem to be consistently short staffed. The service is friendly enough but ranges from slow to very, very slow.
