I went on a Wednesday during happy hour. I ask if house wine was part of the happy hour and was told by a girl Yes which on my check at the end it was regular price. I inquired about it and was told by a guy that NO it is not part of the happy hour so I just ended up paying the regular price without any discussion. Came here in my last night in Houston. Views are good but nothing to die for. Wasn’t busy and felt the staff could’ve walked around and taken order. Could not do many cocktails which was a little disappointing. Also some of the patio heaters ran out of propane and were not replaced which was a little of a buzzkill for the girls that I was with as it was a little chilly that night.
