I ordered a medium iced vanilla lattè with oatmilk, and it was repeated back to me correctly. I definitely got a large, and it definitely wasn't any type of dairy free milk. I understand that mistakes can happen, but often, when someone orders a milk substitute, it is because of an allergy or intolerance. I don't mind getting the wrong size (and paying for it) or flavor, but the wrong milk can have large consequences... View all feedback.
