all the staff were friendly. no request was helpful for each employee. the food was excellent. the nightlife jock was great. the hotel is extremely tired and needs a lot of work, but very clean. the upper balcony must be replaced urgently. the hotel needs new beds. the parking lot is only pick up and drop off, but the bus service (only winter) is regular.
