For the milk and for the smile you must stop here and enjoy. I came to Malga Vallazza when only desserts were available, but it was definitely the right place to have a break. Fresh milk from the free ranging cows, served alone or in the delicious dishes the taste is so different from what you used to, that it need the whole new definition.
