I had an excellent experience in the drive-thru today. I spoke with Heather who was very kind and thorough in taking my order. I ordered chicken tenders for my toddler and Heather warned me that the chicken tenders were fresh so therefore extremely hot and to wait a few minutes before giving them to my toddler for her safety. Amazing customer service and incredibly thoughtful along with delicious food! 10 out of 10 View all feedback.
What Megan Parsons doesn't like about American Burgers:
I would advise against getting the funnel fries you pay nearly $4.00 for 7 yes you read that right 7 funnel fries that are about 2 inches long. I ordered two orders thinking it would be enough to share between a family of 3 and each basket had 7 little funnel fries. What a joke. I gave 2 stars as the flavor was delicious. View all feedback.
The food wasn't that great, it was ok... but don't use the restrooms here, the door handles/loc...
