I placed a pretty large online order to pick up at a specific time. This KFC location went above and beyond! My order was ready. Everything I ordered was there. No missing items, food, sauces, utensils. The staff here was great to ask if I needed help carrying it out to my car. On top of the excellent customer service, our family enjoyed the food! What Carianne Reich doesn't like about Kfc:
This is not the first time I have asked for particular condiments and not gotten them. Tonight I asked three times was told they got it in there and came home and zero condiments ? I wouldn't ask for them if I didn't want them and even worse the best thing for me on the chicken sandwich is the pickles....not one to be found.
