As a "Charge back " restaurant for a local hotel it was never open during my stay. On the last morning as it is advertised to open for breakfast at 0630. At 0630 I attended the cafe only to to see 2 woman inside using ipads. 0635 still not open and still using ipads. Getting close to 0640--same thing, not good at all so I walked away read more.
