Went to Giancarlo Trattoria for my mother's birthday. A friend of mine recommended the risotto which was wild mushroom and salted cod with white wine, seafood broth and finished with truffle oil. Risotto was extremely bland it tasted like rice boiled in water in mushroom sauce with cod, there was no evidence of the seafood broth and I ended up sending it back.
