I believe the owner is Chinese but his chef seems to know more about Japanese cooking than many Japanese chefs in Toronto. Food was excellent and generous portions. Service was quick and friendly. I have been to the shops at Don Mills several times and have always seen this restaurant but never went it. I am glad that I made the effort to go in as I quite enjoyed my meal.The lunch menu had a lot of items on it which allowed for a variety of choices.
