Visited it yesterday just to grab a sandwich to go, ordered salmon salad on a pumpernickel bagel, toasted. it came out not toasted, with a bagel hard as rock and chewy(must have been yesterday'!), and not even a spread or mayo on it to start, so it was dry as a desert!
