As a Dutch man, I had to try this. I was surprised not find Heineken or Grolsch on tap, or in bottle (Rivoli on Queen has Grolsch beer). They serve Neuborg, a small pilsner brand from Gulpen. Nice choice, nice beer. I tasted the "war fries", patatje oorlog. A snack back home, made a bit fancy. And it was good. Well done. I skipped the bitterballen, and had the grilled fillet.
