Had I known this concept, I would avoided it at all costs. But even then, how can you overcook and ruin seafood in such a way. Had the crayfish, and never ever did I had a) so bad selection of crayfish, b) it so overcooked, and c) sooooo greasy with the sauce. Amazing.
