Lulu's Kitchen on Wheels needs to get their act together. There's no reason for a food truck to run out of certain items on the menu WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF opening up and only had taken 2 CUSTOMERS at that point. Don't come out as a business and try to sell your services if you're not able to have a competent staff, enough supplies, and some common sense.
