This is another Sushi Resturant standing on reels with many sauces. They don't plant their rice with everything. The nigiri has no washabi to taste among the fish and tie it to the rice. For example, here at Mikasa nigiri is a piece of fish on the top of unseasoned rice. The lady informed me that people complained about the added wasabi and that they seasoned rice.
