What Steve Windward doesn't like about First Choice Coffee Services:
Horrible customer service. We have been out of coffee and not been able to get a response from our sales rep, multiple customer service calls or even the manager we were told would call us for over a 10 days and 7 separate attempts. Spoke to a customer service rep on 12/30 who confirmed our urgent order would be delivered 1/3 at the latest…We never received any delivered and have been ever ghosted sense. View all feedback.
