we had a great meal tonight at stella in truckee. we celebrated a birthday and wanted to try something new. it didn't disappoint! every bite was spectacular. the mixture of arome and textures was so ceratiw and interesting. we just wish we can try everything on the menu! special excerpts were the grilled little gem salat, the grilled octopus and the scallops. we can't wait to go back!
