We went to El Cisne for our anniversary dinner on December 30. Our server was also the hostess. The calamari appetizer was terrible, very mushy, but our entrees were very good. We got the scallops and bouillabaisse. Our waitress apparently forgot to get us our flour tortillas and she also forgot to get a soup spoon for my bouillabaisse.
