I thought it was just one time, but the last three times I ordered a dirty Chai latte with mandelmilch, which I watched the person she was doing, and they always used cow milk and I had to stop it during her. when they used cow milk, I asked them to make another, but they used the same steamer. quite disappointed by the service, but I love the coffee View all feedback.

the workers here are so patient, sweet, helpful! they even love our puppy zoey a bone!
