Extremely tacky. We called in for a lunch order to go at 3:40 PM (lunch specials end at 4:00 PM). The person answering the phone said that lunch was over. When we told her that the website said that their lunch ended at 4 PM, she said we are all done . Okay...if you are going to advertise hours, you need to honor those hours or change them.
