In Ubud (Bali) you can really eat well with real Italian cuisine in this small restaurant. We asked for the first evening a spaghetto with the clams al dente and a plate of tagliatelle of Gragnano very al dente: the cook was so scrupulous that during cooking it made us taste the dough not to miss; result two excellent dishes.
