I give 2 stars, simply because sometimes it doesn't seem like the chicken is up to temp. I stopped in today at 11:15 and figured it would be more hot fresh, no such thing. It concerns me because of food saftey, it does not seem like the warming lamps it's sitting under are doing a thorough job keeping the chicken up to temp.
