Sunday 3PM, asked for HOT White Caramel Macchiato (I spoke Thai) the cashier was new, NOT his fault. Women doing my drink prepared COLD one, I told them I'm sorry but I've bought HOT, cashier told them wrong (again NOT his fault, new cashier, busy hours) Women used the cold one and just WARMED it up, it tastes like water because cold one has ice, they've poured HALF of it, they gave me a lazy drink.
