Booked the balcony about 2 weeks in advance for a special birthday for my aged mother. Left our phone number as usual. Arrived on the appointed evening only to find the restaurant closed. They had not bothered to call and cancel our booking.Yes the weather had been appalling that week and perhaps there was damage but it is indicative of their very poor level of service that they didn't bother to call us.
