I wanted to grab some food after work and was in the mood for something new. I had passed by Toppings Too before when going to the old coffee shop. The interior is very small maybe sitting 6 or 7 different parties. I ordered the Adobo Chicken with Java Rice for takeout. The food was prepared in less than 20 minutes. It's open again after 4 months of being closed due to a fire. This is Union City's hidden gem....
