I've visited the Carolinas and I love BBQ, so this was a nice place to stumble upon to here in the PNW. I ordered the ribs, and was very unsatisfied. It was either the quality of meat or the way they were prepared because they were very tough and chewy.I also got the pulled pork and it was a little bit better than the ribs. However, the pork was really dry. I’m betting the meat got over cooked which is why it didn’t retain any moisture.
