Facility was clean, we were seated in a timely manner. Went around the beginning of the dinner Hour, 4 p.m. Food was tasty, and fresh; unsure if because it wasn't very busy, but some foods remained 3/4 empty at the buffet for quite a while (or completely empty) before being replenished. It has been a long time since I've been to China Star. This trip reminded me as to why I haven't been there in a while. I normally load up on a plate or two of the fan favorites. And was looking forward to the trip. When I got to the buffet everything was kind of meh. I didn't even bother with dessert.
