The Cafe itself does not offer a lot of vegan options; in fact, there was only one on the menu this evening (a coconut-based Thai curry vegetable dish with rice). Since I'm not that keen on coconut, our waitress was more than accommodating, and she suggested the regular salad with 4 large slices of tofu and avocado which was absolutely delicious.
