as a continuation of a disappointing opinion regarding the senyoret rice 3 weeks ago, after having enjoyed several years of excellent rice, we returned last Sunday and again the rice disappointed us, the paella seemed a melosous rice, nothing to do with the rice we were used to, at its point, loose and with some socarrat.
