Unfortunately we were greatly disappointed we saved up the visit to this restaurant towards the end of our holiday because we though it would be great. The concept was interesting, we went to pick up our meat and choose it. Unfortunately, the ribeye steak we had was not medium rare as we asked, it was rare and near blue.
