Terrible service experience earlier today. There was only one cashier on duty during morning rush hour. Waited more than 15 minutes in a line of 10 people just to obtain a mediocre overpriced coffee. While this was going on, the ostensible manager wascounting coffee cups while completely oblivious to the customer logjam. Disgraceful and inept customer service. Not to returnto this facility!
