I think you can say I'm a bbq fanatic. this place has everything they need, and even what they didn't know they needed to grill or smoke. this is the only meat shop I have in the position to find authentic Japanese wagyu steaks and high-quality/meat bark ribs. the prices are somewhat high, but this is expected with quality meat. I had high hopes for this market based on the score. Everything is prepackaged. No meat counter for anything custom cut. The sales people push all the barbecue runs and sauces. We bought several prepackaged steaks, ribs, lamb, etc. EVERY SINGLE ONE was TOUGH (we bought the highest grades of everything).
