Our favorite pho places in the area for perspective: pho Oregon, pho van, pho green papaya, pho vi van. Some reviews for this place say that the broth here is bland. It was not bland it was actually pretty flavorful and we loved how fresh the onions were and how they were prepared in the soup. However the meat didn't seem the freshest. Just average.
