Roots by far is the best fine dinning restaurant in Southwest Washington! The first coarse and main course offerings are the best you will ever have! The service is also flawless. The Roots Bourbon Classic Old Fashioned is the best in the USA. I have had Bourbon Old Fashions in high end restaurants in almost every state and none came close to Roots! We had a great dinner! After spending $600 on dinner were told we needed to get out at 9:30pm after the dining room closed at 9. We were notified by a man who came and rapt on our table that is was “time to wrap it up”. We were with colleagues and the whole experience was embarrassing and unfortunate. We will not bring colleagues and certainly not clients here EVER. View all feedback.
