We were so very saddened to hear that Bishop’s is closing. It has been our favourite restaurant since John opened in 1985. His impact on the dining scene in Vancouver, and everyone involved in the industry, is immeasurable. The staff, current and past, have always been exceptional. It was a wonderful birthday celebration with my three sisters. From the time we arrived we were greeted warmly and throughout the evening the staff was amazing. Yes, Bishop’s is expensive but the service is top notch, the food delicious and the “Bishop Team”, clearly love what they do. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a special night out.
