Food is DELICIOUS. Every. Single. Time. They usually have a line waiting to order. The tri tip is always tender, usually always juicy (one time it was a bit dryer than usual). The BBq sauce is very flavorful, the consistency is not thick. The flavor is a tiny bit sweet with just the right spicy kick. I love this place but they do need to improve their customer service.
