We had the unfortunate surprise to be informed about an hour thirty before moving to the restaurant for 20h that our reservation did not result even as we had left our bank loan (140 € for a prepayment 8 days before. We were surprised that we had no news from the restaurant, and we were close to the restaurant around 1 p.m., without any sign-offs to answer us before this 18:30 call. What a disappointment!
