My review is on the delicious frits and sweet tea ONLY! My friend took me here because he said it was very popular in Alabama so I could try it. Wow the tea is the best I ever tasted. The pommes were also crispy and perfectly seasoned. We went through the drive and it was a quick process. The place is more expensive compared to other similar places. You need to train your staff in the right use of gloves. The cashiers treated money, touching cups and lids, wiping tables, assembling food orders on trays and scratching their head and rubing their eyes, all with the same pair of gloves. Between tasks (broad tables and counters is a dirty task, the assembly of food orders is a clean task) they never removed gloves, sanitary hands and a new pair. View all feedback.
