I've eaten here a couple of times and the food is consistently tasty. Traditional recipes, local ingredients, beautiful setting in the forest. A great lunch after hiking down into and out of the nearby forest ravine. I think other guests need to slow down and relax... the speed of service isn't an issue for Italy, and everyone is friendly! When your visiting the Gargano Parc, this is the only place to have a break. The people are friendly, though mainly Italian speaking. You can drink a coffee, water (bottle), etc. And even a basic meal; no haute cuisine. The place is also visited by groups in busses. They are welcomed at the back of the place for a BBQ or so...
