We were looking foe a new restaurant to try and found a few online articles about this place. Really glad we went. Food was tasty and inventive. I had the lightest fluffiest carrot falafels I've ever had, with a unique carrot sauce and a side of barley. My husband had a fried chicken sandwich breaded with kamut, crispy and mildly spiced. After a tough week of work out of town, arrived in Victoria and decided to go to Part and Parcel for dinner. Have been a few times and have always enjoyed our visit. Arrived at 7:00pm, place wasn't that busy, ordered and then waited. Ordered the short ribs and a salad. Finally at 7:50 meal arrived. We were starving.
