I ordered a Venti iced coffee with 3 pumps of Toffee nut and 2 sf vanilla with a splash of 1/2 and 1/2. I received the above with 1/2 cream. I asked them to remake it and 2nd time I received the splash of cream but no syrup! Would have requested a 3rd attempt but would have been late for work. View all feedback.
