Catered my wifes surprise 30th birthday and did a fantastic job. Despite rain and losing power they never complained and still had everything ready when everyone was ready to eat. - Sure. only a few things that were missing. they told us that it was with 20 queensadillas, but when our hospitable asked for one, they were told that they didn't bring enough cheese so that the few who could make them would have to be halved. the dame seemed rude and the meat could have been cooked for longer for a Craspier texture.

meat was dry, personal was unprofessional and unpleasant.
