Ordered thru the drive thru the cotton candy frappe as I have many times and was informed unless I knew what went in it they didn't know how to make it. Obviously all their staff don't get trained on what's in their products. I have gotten it all over the place but the Vienna Starbucks on Wednesday day shift don't know how to make it.
