...despite German waiters who might mispronounce some of the dishes ;-) I really enjoyed my visit to Cantina Osteria. A friend works nearby and selected the restaurant so I came with an open mind and no expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by food and service. Excellent quality and friendly and quick service. The menu is small and prices are on the steeper side, but I found it good value for money. I had panna cotta for dessert and this is always the ultimate test for me. So many restaurants in Vienna get this wrong and produce a horribly sweet and too solid "pudding". This panna cotta was delicious! I can really recommend a visit if you want to experience authentic regional cuisine from Italy. We'll be back!.
