I had several very good meals at this charming Osteria. Lovely terrace on a pedestrian street in old Vienna. The vitello tonnato is excellent so are the pastas main courses. Reasonable prices. So disappointing and right from the start. We should have left immediately after our arrival. Already there we felt unwanted. And our reservation was forgotten. Everything took very long time and we waited for our main dish for 1,5 hour. Our waitress didn't care or apologise for the incredibly long waiting times. We felt their cold impersonal attitude.
